Complete our debt review application form (Form 16).
We evaluate your financial situation to determine if you qualify for debt review.
We inform all creditors and credit bureaus that you are
under debt review.
We negotiate reduced repayment terms with your creditors to ensure affordability.
Our legal team secures a court order to make your repayment plan legally binding.
Additional Services:
Debt Clearance Certificate:
Once all debts are settled, we assist in obtaining a debt clearance certificate, allowing you to rebuild your credit profile.
Reckless Lending Assessment:
If the company that gave you credit did not do an affordability assessment before giving you the credit.
OR if you were given credit, but the affordability assessment showed that you could not afford the credit, you may be a victim of reckless lending. Contact us to investigate the matter and do a reckless lending assessment. If you have a solid case, the matter will be referred to a Magistrate’s Court for a final decision.
